TUSCANY - GARDEN PIZZA OVEN

The "TUSCANY" has been designed and manufactured by the makers of "Thermalux" cookers and ranges, Australia's foremost combustion stove manufacturer. The "TUSCANY" is a high quality super efficient Garden Oven capable of providing results which are the equal to their more expensive stable mates.

A clever smoke by-pass control allows the "TUSCANY" to be used as a conventional oven, for cooking delicious bread, biscuits, cakes, pastry and roast meats.

The "TUSCANY" can also be used as a 'Smoking Oven', for sensational Pizza, Special Breads, Smoked Fish, Meats and Savories.

You can let your imagination run wild and experiment to your heart's delight, relax around your "TUSCANY" Garden Oven, enjoying sensational food with family and friends.

The Tuscany is supplied with its own Pizza Shovel, Firebox Rake,

Thermalux Grand Cuisine 4 oven Cooker

With this stove Thermalux offers a genuine four (4) oven cooking stove with true Grand Cuisine cooking facilities.

Oven temperatures are independently adjustable, the fire box is large, huge hotplate, two (2) simmer plates and a drop scone of
pancake hotplate which can be easily removed to place a wok directly on the flames.

Like all Thermalux the ovens are self cleaning. The Grand Cuisine is the perfect cooker for the serious cook, entertainer or commercial application.

The Grand Cuisine is also available as a central heating cooker with enough hot water production to comfortably heat a 16 square home.

Thermalux Supreme III 2 oven Cooker

The Thermalux Supreme is a high quality, two oven, slow combustion cooking stove with the largest hot plate and  oven of any major cooking stove on the market. The original Thermalux Supreme was launched onto the market    almost twenty years ago. The Supreme is built to last and is constructed from cast iron, heavy gauge steel and  stainless steel components.

Ovens are self cleaning and self venting, and provides even all round oven temperature for perfect baking. The  hotplates have space for six or more saucepans. Dual air controls together with flue damper and dilution controls  provide swift response to temperature requirements. The Supreme also comes as a central heating cooker.

The Supreme CD (central heating cooker) has a heat output of 20 kw which gives the CD one of the best heat  outputs of central heating cookers. The CD has an additional air control which provides for greater combustion.

The Thermalux CD will run 10 to 15 radiators or under floor coil heating to heat up to a 2Osq house.

STIRLING

The "Stirling" is available in both the Supreme and Grand Cuisine styles and can be supplied as a dry unit or with a domestic hot water jacket. The "Stirling" is also available as a C.D. (Hydronic Central Heating) model in both the Supreme and Grand Cuisine styles with the same impressive heating output.

The "Stirling" has all the attributes of the standard Thermalux stoves, but in addition include a highly polished traditional Nickel Chrome stove top and hotplate covers, along with gloss finished doors in a range of attractive designer colours to suit all kitchens, both modern and traditional. The "Stirling" also includes a shaker grate, two wire and two solid oven trays with the Supreme and four wire and three solid trays with the Grand Cuisine.

Both styles also have an oven baking dish as standard.

The option of a glass oven door and / or splashback is also available with the "Stirling".

Thermalux Clarendon Single Oven Cooker

Being a centrally flued single oven cooker, the Clarendon compliments the Thermalux range and is the perfect replacement for the ageing Everhot and XL stoves.

The old world charm of a Clarendon Colonial with splash back and Queen Anne style legs is perfect for that country kitchen or restored Victorian or Edwardian cottage.

The Clarendon is an extremely fuel efficient small to medium sized cooker. With the option of standard cooker, on base cabinet or the Colonial on legs you choose the stove to suit your lifestyle.

The versatile Gourmet Cooker is a combination cooker-heater with a large cook top surface, huge glass front self cleaning oven with thermometer for accurate temperature control and a unique venting system which allows easy control of oven temperatures.

The firebox is above the oven giving excellent hotplate temperatures and reducing the amount of bending when refueling. The magic of the flames can be seen through the self cleaning glass on the firebox door, a feature not usually associated with cooking stoves. The gourmet has excellent heating ability without sacrificing the features required for a good cooking stove. The gourmet is as much at home In the family or living room as in the kitchen where its dual purpose makes it a cost efficient option.

Available In four colours:- Moss Green, Blue, Golden Fire Brown and Metallic Black, with a crisp, clean Chrome Trim. The firebox is large and super responsive. The oven comes standard with oven rack and tray. A full set of instructions come with the gourmet. The gourmet will burn coal, but is more suited to burning wood, having both top and bottom air controls.

Optional hot water jacket (wet back) to provide piping hot water for all the families needs and save on hot water bills, and also an optional splash back are available for the gourmet.
